Colorado vs Wyoming: Strip Club Laws Compared
3 key differences across 9 rules — alcohol, nudity, age limits, lap dances, and more.
Denver has detailed rules, but most of the state leaves it to local towns — wide variation.
Very little regulation — Wyoming has almost no statewide SOB rules, and the club industry is tiny.
Colorado — Visitor Take
Colorado's scene is mostly centered around Denver, which has a solid selection of clubs. Most serve alcohol but keep nudity to topless only. Full nudity clubs exist but won't serve alcohol. Denver's clubs are generally well-run and range from casual to upscale. You need to be 21 anywhere alcohol is served. Outside Denver, it gets sparse — smaller towns may have one local bar-style club or nothing at all.
Wyoming — Visitor Take
Wyoming has almost no strip club scene. Cheyenne and Casper have a spot or two each, but this is as sparse as it gets. Regulation is minimal but so is the industry — there just aren't enough people. If you're driving through Wyoming, you can find something, but it's not a reason to stop. Denver or Salt Lake City are better options in the region.
